We at Envogue Spa and Salon observe spa etiquettes and request all of our guests to observe the same. This is to make sure each and every one of you leave us feeling your best and have had the best spa experience.

Use of Cell Phone
Turn off your cell phone or have it in silent. This is to make sure you are able to unwind and relax. This will also stop other guests from being disturbed so they can enjoy the spa experience as well.

Arrival Time
If this is your first time kindly arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior so we help you fill out the necessary paperwork. This paperwork will help our hair stylists/ estheticians/ massage therapists better customize your visit with us. Arriving sooner will give you enough time to take a tour of our beautiful spa and get into the spa mood so you can enjoy your visit even more. There are lockers and storage available as well as showers and robes so you can get refreshed before your services get started or after.

Cancellation Policy
We expect a 24 hour cancellation notice. If cancelled within the 24 hour period please reschedule at the earliest.

Gratuity
How much to tip? The suggested gratuity is 15%-20% of the services rendered.  We do not add gratuity to your final bill, so the gratuity is up to you. Please enquire if a tip is added if you are using a gift-card.

Product Sales
All product sales are final. No refund. No exchange.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Suggested Sequence
We suggest any other salon or spa service be done after a body massage. For example, a hair treatment or facial is suggested after a massage. It is a good practice to keep this in mind while scheduling your appointments.

Other Tips
It is advised to be aware of all our services, so take your time to talk to the front desk or anyone in the spa or salon so you can take full advantage of our facility.

We aim to please each and every one of you. Please speak up if you need anything adjusted, this includes but not limited to music, air conditioning, heat, pressure during massages and facials, etc.

Please use a spa voice at all time. This will not only be desirable for others but also is extremely relaxing for you. If you do not wish to talk during your services your therapist/ esthetician / stylist will get the hint and will always take your lead.

Take your time getting up immediately after your treatments or massages. You are suggested to take your time to regroup before leaving the massage or treatment rooms.
